Vacation Three／新垣睦美ライブ Cafe Cello（那覇市）

きょうは那覇市のCafe CelloでVacation Three／新垣睦美のライブを見てきました。ジャズと沖縄民謡の”融合”を期待していったわけですが、一曲目「かぎやで風」からいきなり歌三線にサックスがからんでくるという異種格闘技が展開され、しめしめとばかり楽しみました。

新垣さんの歌三線はエレクトロニクス機器を使っているのでサックスとは相性がいいなと思いました。ナークニー・ハンタ原はノンプラグドでしたが、浜千鳥メドレー、初披露というオリジナル曲はスぺイーシーでとても刺激的でした。元気が出た。

二部はVacation Three。ボサノバっぽいポップスっていう感じで、歌声がとてもさわやかです。時折サックスがフリーっぽくなるところもあって刺激的でもありました。最後は2組の共演で２曲。私はこれが一番面白かった。特にコンガを中心としたパーカッションがとても三線とあっていた。オーラスの「バイバイ沖縄」にはしみじみとしてしまいました。

当日、クリスマスプレゼントをいただきました。I ♡FRENCH CINEMAのバッジとお菓子詰め合わせ。お菓子は食べてしまったので写真なしです。

Today I have been watching live Vacation Three / Mutomi Aragaki at Cafe Cello in Naha City. I hoped for "fusion" of jazz and Okinawan folk songs, and I enjoyed myself very much with a different kind fighting spirit. Arakaki-san used electronics equipment San-shin, so I thought that it was very compatible with saxophone. Although Nakuni/ Hanta Baru was a nonplugged, the original song and Hama-chidori Medley were spacey and it was very exciting. I got better.

The second part is Vacation Three. It looks like a bossa nova pops. The singing voice is very refreshing. Occasionally saxophone became free and there were also exciting. At last two songs with 2 pairs. This was the most interesting. Particularly percussion centered on conga was very nice with San-shin. It has been a kind of mischief 'Bye-bye Okinawa'.
