沖縄歌謡、最古の音源 2019年1月1日、沖縄タイムス

元日の沖縄タイムス一面は文化的な記事で「沖縄歌謡、最古の音源」。ちなみに琉球新報は「知事選に偽情報、誰が」。

どちらも読みごたえがありました。タイムスのほう、はじめアマゾンのスピーカーの広告かと思いましたが（笑）。1920年に収録された音源の話で、アイヌ語の録音についてはこれまで研究されてきたが、沖縄・台湾の録音については研究などで取り上げる人がいなかったとのことです。なぜでしょうか。予算が付かなかったのでしょうか。私は畑違いですが、こういう古いことを研究してみたいです。
